Been coming here for the past few weeks as my washing machine broke . This place is deadset amazing, I am so grateful to have it close to me as I go there late at night . I feel safe , it's seriously so clean , the atmosphere is always nice , well lit , the machines are fantastic now I have zero motivation to fix my washing machine !!! Sometimes I bring my pup and play ball at the back or go and come back either way this is the elite laundry mat with NON elite prices . I thought it would be way more then the prices charged . Great spot , all around 5 star+ . You could easily not buy a washing machine and dryer and use this place and be better off !!!!

Spent the day helping my client do all her washing. What a great place! Great food and coffee right next door. Dog cleaning, bike cleaning, RV charger, parking at the back. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Washing powder and stasoft included in the cost,no need to bring your own. So easy. Highly recommended. Sabina needs extra mention. Super friendly and helpful.

Today we went and took our dog & his bedding to wash at the specific dog area. The building’s well signed, & easy to park in the free parking out the back. Facilities are absolutely spotless! Clean toilets. Decent background music. Wifi. And one of my favourite coffee providers had a vending machine: Death by Decaf (I didn’t use as I’d had 2 coffees already) There’s also a Chewy Chews vending machine - handy for bribery to nervous pups. You can use an app, cash - a small discount is given I noticed or credit card to pay for the machines and dog wash. There’s 4 temps of wash and a slightly more $$ super wash (which was recommended for pet bedding) The washers automatically dispense detergent & softener - very handy! The dryers have 4 timing options. We loaded up the machines, washed our pup, then went next door to Single O Newstead cafe to have what turned out to be a mouthwatering toastie & hang out in their shady dog friendly warehouse section. [Bahn Mi Factory is raved about but was still shut for holidays] We came back to find there’d been an issue with one of our washers - but the incredibly efficient Sabine was all over it and had transferred our washing to another machine. She also automatically put it (free of charge) into the dryer for us & our puppy received some free treats to make up for the extra time. Given that the cafe was shut, we went for a walk down the street and found what would be another nice grassy shaded area to hang out next time we come while the washing is on. While it’s not cheap cheap, the convenience & ease of use is worth it - even for us driving from the southside. All in all, I think the owners Massimo & Samantha have a winner here & thanks for providing a way to wash our pets’ belongings. Just waiting for an expansion now on the Southside 😉😉 NB I didn’t take any photos of the inside as A)we had an anxious dog who dislikes being washed & B) so many others have posted photos of it

Great local business where I can wash and dry fluffy dog beds that are too large for my washing machine and dryer. The place has a dedicated room for washing dog bedding, nicely fitted out, well laid out, and spotlessly clean. Lovely staff - thank you for your help Sabine 🙂 - and thank you LL for providing such a great facility in an inner city area!

Cozy and Clean Laundromat with Great Amenities! This laundromat and was pleasantly surprised by how cozy and clean it is. The atmosphere makes doing laundry almost enjoyable! One of the best features is the ample parking space at the back, which makes it convenient to get in and out. They even offer a dog wash station, which is a fantastic bonus if you need to clean your pup while you’re there. The long bench in the middle of the space is perfect for folding clothes—super handy and practical. Plus, there’s a Vietnamese shop right at the front, so you can grab a bite to eat while you wait. Overall, it’s a great place to get your laundry done with all the right touches. Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming to liquid laundry weekly for my employer for over a year. The space is so well kept, always squeaky clean and the machines are great! Sabina, one of the staff members, is truly so lovely. Always a helping hand, a friendly face, and a warm conversation that makes a job as mundane as laundry, a lot more enjoyable. She is wonderful!

I have been meaning to leave a review since returning from our holiday in Australia. Brisbane was our last stop. This is the best laundry I have visited during our stay and anywhere else! Wonderful service and Sabina was amazingly helpful. She definitely went over and above and even stayed over her shift time to help us. Sabina deserves a pay rise for her dedication to her job! The laundry was spotless in every area. Machines great! Would definitely recommend. Lorna

Being without a washing machine is a major inconvenience, but it’s an amazing excuse to come to Liquid Laundry! I started visiting not long after they opened, and this is not your standard laundromat. Hungry? Get banh mi (only till 3pm though). Rode your bike? Clean it in the bike wash. Brought your dog? Buy them treats and give them a bath while you’re at it. Need to work or study? There’s a chill out zone upstairs. This place is like a theme park for adults. I also never need to iron anything if I use their dryers. I’ve gotten to know the owner Sammy, and she is the kindest, most accommodating person. Nothing is too much trouble, and your most precious items of clothing are in safe hands. I actually enjoy doing my laundry here. Thank you Sammy, Sabina and other staff! Keep up the great work ☺️
